WHAT ARE YOUR UK SHIPPING COSTS?

ROYAL MAIL FIRST CLASS: £2.50
Avaiable for one item only (except for any Zip-Up Hooded Tops, Hooded Tops or Sweatshirts). Two or more items will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Arrives approximately 2-3 working days.

ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 48: £4.50
Arrives approximately 2-3 working days. Your tracking number will be emailed to you.

Spend £70 or more and you get free Royal Mail Tracked 48 postage.

ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 24: £6.00
Usually delivered the next working day (Monday to Friday). Your tracking number will be emailed to you. Orders must be received before 2pm for next day delivery. This is not a guaranteed service – for a guaranteed service please choose SPECIAL DELIVERY.

DPD EXPRESS: £6.00

To guarantee pre 1pm Next Working Day Delivery, orders must be received before 2pm Monday to Thursday.

WHAT ARE YOUR OVERSEAS SHIPPING COSTS?

£10 flat rate for one or two items.

£13 for the first three items and an additional £1 for each extra item.

All larger overseas parcels are trackable and sent either via DPD (Aramex) or via Royal Mail (delivered by your country’s postal company).

Your Tracking Number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

Parcels usually take 7-9 working days to arrive but there can be additional delays at busy times of the year and if your parcel gets caught up in customs.

Please note if you are based outside the UK or the EU, your parcel may be subject to customs & duty charges levied by your resident country. We are not responsible for these charges and any queries regarding them should be directed to your national Customs Department.

For our EU customers: Orders with a total value of £125 (GBP) or less (including any shipping costs) will not incur any additional customs charges. These have all been paid for by Last Exit to Nowhere.

Orders with a total value OVER £125 (GBP) (including any shipping costs) WILL INCUR additional import VAT/duties which you will be liable for.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ITEMS?

WILL MY PAYMENT BE SECURE?

All orders are 100% secure. Paypal and Braintree handle all of our payments and as such we never get to see any of your card details.

Can I send my purchase back for a refund or exchange?

PLEASE NOTE: ONLY UK CUSTOMERS ARE ABLE TO EXCHANGE THEIR ITEMS. ANY OVERSEAS RETURNS ARE PROCESSED FOR A REFUND ONLY

You can have a refund or make an exchange up to 30 days after purchase.

We do not refund postage costs unless the garment is faulty or we have made a mistake with your order.

In certain circumstances we may allow returns after the 30 day period but they will only be eligible for an exchange. No refunds will be offered.

How should I wash my garment?

Garments may shrink slightly in the first wash. Colours should be colourfast but we always recommend washing like colours together in case of colour run. Wash our garments inside out on a cool wash (no more than 30 degrees) and line dry. If you tumble dry them they will shrink.

Wipe caps with a damp sponge. Avoid getting them too wet.

DO YOU HAVE A RETAIL SHOP?

No we don’t, sorry.

DO YOU DO BESPOKE DESIGNS?

GIFT CARDS

Where can I use my Gift Card?
Gift Cards can only be redeemed online at www.lastexittonowhere.com. No cash alternative is available.

Where will I find my Gift Card Code?
The Gift Card Code will be shown on the emailed Gift Card. The Gift Card is emailed direct to the recipient’s email address as soon as your order is completed.

How do I use my Gift Gard?
You must choose Gift Card as the payment option when checking out. Enter the Gift Card code(s) when prompted during the checkout procedure.

What if I haven’t used up all of the credit on my Gift Gard?
Gift Cards can be used for multiple orders e.g. if you only spend £25 from a £50 Card, the remaing £25 Gift Card balance can be used at a later date. If there’s any balance outstanding when you have used your Gift Gard, you can use or a debit/credit card or PayPal to pay the remaing balance and complete your purchase.

Can I use more than one gift card in an order?
You can use multiple Gift Cards to pay for one order.

And finally…
Gift Cards are non-refundable. Make sure you enter the correct email address for the recipient. Last Exit to Nowhere is not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable recipient addresses.
