I ordered the wrong size shirt for my wife and Charlotte was able to help me get things sorted and taken care of very quickly. We received the new shirt within about 4 days of shipment, which is crazy fast considering we live in the US. Second, your products are awesome. I have a laundry list of shirts and things that I want. The designs are classy, thoughtful and basically just all around brilliant. I really love the movie quote silicon wrist bands, too.
